I really have enjoyed the chair so far. The chair comes in 2 boxes. One box holds the chair and ottoman bases and the other holds the rest of the chair and ottoman. The boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived but there was no damage to the product. I found it manageable to unpack the boxes instead of moving the entire box. When attaching the bases, the screws were a challenge to get started. Slightly starting all of the screws before tightening is required. Even so it took some pressure to get some of the screws to reach the threads, Assembled, the chair is about 73 pounds and the ottoman 22 pounds. It gives it a sturdy feel but you are probably not going to want to move it around frequently. I look forward to buying at least one more in the future.
